Train your Creative Director in 10 minutes

The Creative Director is the AI creative agent at the heart of MerishAI. It learns your brand's style and then writes professional video storyboards that stay on-brand - with Hindi and regional language support, consistent characters, and culturally relevant content.

Training it takes about 10 minutes from the Creative Director page.

The shortcut: Auto-train with AI

At the top of Step 1 there is an Auto-train button. Click it and the AI researches your brand online, then fills in everything - brand story, visual style, creative bible - in one shot. You can edit anything afterwards. For most stores this is the fastest way to a working Creative Director.

The 6 steps, if you prefer to do it by hand

Step 1: Brand Foundation. Tell it about your brand in your own words, not checkboxes:

• Business model - brand owner, D2C, marketplace, quick commerce, subscription, or service
• Where you sell - your own site, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Nykaa, Instagram Shop, offline. This helps the AI write accurate CTAs and avoid flagging your own channels as competitors
• Your brand in one sentence - your own words, not a category label
• Your ideal customer and what they believe - a belief, not a demographic
• What is broken in your category that you are fixing - this becomes the narrative foundation of every video
• Brand voice, colors, and brands you are inspired by

The remaining steps cover your Actor Library (consistent Indian characters across all your videos), reference videos for visual style, and your creative preferences.

Quality control is built in

Every storyboard the Creative Director writes is validated by two other agents before it reaches you: Agent 1 checks brand alignment, Agent 2 checks trend relevance. You only see storyboards that pass both.
