How to write a blog post with Content Studio

Ads bring people to your store once. A good blog post brings them back every time they search. Content Studio is where you write those posts, and because it sits inside MerishAI, it already knows your products, your audience analysis, and your social signals - so you are never starting from a blank page with no context.

The short version:

  • Open Content Studio and click New Post (or Write your first post)
  • Fill in the title and excerpt, then build the body with blocks
  • Or open Generate with Agent 3 and let it draft the post for you
  • Set the slug, category, tags, cover image, and SEO fields on the right
  • Save as draft to come back later, or Publish to put it live

Build the post from blocks

The body of a post is a stack of blocks. Start with a Text block and write in plain markdown - headings, bold, lists, and links all work. Between text blocks you can drop in:

  • Image blocks - screenshots, product photos, diagrams
  • Video blocks - embed the product videos you already generated, straight from your store library with Insert video from store
  • CTA blocks - a button that sends readers to your store or product page
  • Code blocks - for anything technical
Mixing blocks is what turns a wall of text into a post people actually finish: a section of explanation, a screenshot of the thing you just described, a video of the result, a button to try it.

Let Agent 3 write the first draft

If you do not want to start from zero, open the Generate with Agent 3 panel at the top. Agent 3 is the same agent that writes your ad scripts, and it drafts with context: your enriched product data, audience demographics, and social signals are already in the Knowledge Vault, so the draft it produces is about your actual buyers, not a generic template.

The right workflow: generate, then edit. Rewrite the parts that need your voice, cut what does not fit, keep what is true. Ten minutes of editing a grounded draft beats an hour of staring at an empty page.

Do not skip the right-hand column

The Settings and SEO panels decide how the post travels:

  • Slug - the URL of the post. Short, lowercase, hyphens.
  • Category and tags - how posts group in your blog index.
  • Cover image and cover video - the visual that shows in listings and social shares.
  • Meta description and SEO keywords - what search engines show under your title. Keep the description under 160 characters and write it for a person deciding whether to click.
Save draft if you want to sleep on it. Publish when it is ready - the post goes live on your storefront blog immediately.

Once posts are live, the Blog Analytics page shows you how they perform. That is the next post in this series.
